| Q. Are we timely with customer pick-ups and returns?

A. Yes! Getting clients to their appointments on time and returning them is our priority.

Q. During what hours is non-emergency medical transportation available?
|
A. Non-emergency medical transportation is available Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 8:00 pm. Saturday 9:00 am - 3:00 pm and Sunday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm. Sunday requires 24 hrs advance reservations. We are also on-call 24 hours per day.

Q. What types of non-emergency transportation service are available?

A. Divine Care Trans, LLC offers service via Ambulatory (Able-bodied), Wheelchair, Stretcher, Airport Shuttles, Tours, and Dr's Appointments etc. If you would like more information on any of these services, click on the respective link above.

Q. What is the cost to travel? Are reservations required?
|
A. The cost will vary by destination. Reservations are required. This will assist us to ensure we plan for your trip and send you the appropriate vehicle type. We also offer demand trips with a 2-3 hour notification.

Q. What should I do if I am a Medicaid/ Medicaid Member?
|
A. Divine Care Trans, LLC is a Medicaid Transportation Provider. In order to arrange for and to have Medicaid pay for your non-emergency transportation, you must call the transportation Broker Southeastrans directly and you can request Divine Care Trans as your transportation provider. Medicaid Transportation is a ride-share program; you will be riding with other Medicaid members.
